FMS offers a wide range of cost effective liquid plastic and liquid rubber gravity casting services.  We provide a reliable solution to our customers looking for a plastic or rubber part without the cost of expensive special tooling.

 

We are not just a "middleman"/broker we are a Production Orientated company. We are a custom molder and we will provide you goods that meet your specs.

We specialize in low-medium production, prototype and engineering sample plastic and rubber parts, when the volume of the product is not cost effective for the tooling costs of high volume production.

 We have take great pride in providing the finest services possible for the widest variety of customers. We strive in performing quality, timely and reliable contracts for the commercial and retail community.  We pledge to provide quality parts on time to the highest of standards for all our present and future customers.

Terms of Service

No charge for initial consultations.  Once a project is turned over to us charges are incurred by the customer.  Theses charges include any design requirements, mold costs, casting costs and shipping.  Prior to starting a project estimations will be conveyed to the customer for their approval.  Mold costs vary greatly depending on the part to be cast and the medium required to properly form the piece.
