A Mouse made for Kids - HotSpotMama Find

Monkey MouseMonkey MouseTiger MouseTiger MouseA few months ago, I wrote an article about these new animal shaped computer screens that were coming out. I finally found a mouse to match those computer sceens perfectly: an animal shaped mouse.

BluesClues MouseBluesClues MouseThe kid friendly products that are made today really amazes me. This collection includes a monkey, tiger, pig, frog, panda, and puppy. You can get more info on it here .

Elmo MouseElmo MouseAnother company, KidzMouse, also has a collection of mouse designed specifically for kids and tested by kids between the ages 2- 10. It is smaller than the average size adult mouse so it makes it more comfortable for little hands. KidzMouse states that it works the way a child's hand works. A squeeze rather than a tap enables the child to click. They make the mouse with the following popular children's characters: Blues Clues, Sponge Bob, Dora the Explorer, Elmo, Cookie Monster, Ernie and Mickey Mouse.

If you like the KidzMouse mouse, you can buy it here.

Both my boys started using the computer when they were three years old. My oldest starts kindergarten next week, so I bet he'll start using the computer more than ever. I would love to get feedback from anyone who has tried out either of these product, so if anyone has tried either of these products, let me know.
