Even though it sounds silly, binders are the cool way of carrying your class notes in school. Notebooks can do the job, but the stylish three ring folders look good while keeping your notes organized. But what do you do with them once they’re not useful anymore?

One suggestion is to try this DIY project that makes your binder cool and constructive again. With guidelines created by an Instructables member, you can turn your zippered binder (or one you bought from a store) into a laptop sleeve.
All you really need to do is remove the rings and the hardware from the binder without destroying the material. Once that’s done, you can then simply introduce your laptop to its new sleeve. Just make sure that your laptop matches your binder as far as measurements go.
