Tech Chair Takes in the Sun and Powers Up

If you’ve been to the beach or to an outside pool you’ve seen a lounge chairs right? Have you felt one? Lounge chairs can get pretty hot after with just a few minutes of sun exposure. So here’s a thought. Wouldn’t it be smart to innovative lounge chairs so that the chairs soak up the sun and then convert those rays it into electricity to power up electronics? PC World thinks so.

PC world experts have designed a concept lounge chair called the Tech Chair, to show what kind of lounge chair we could be lounging on in the future. The Tech Chair concept has a solar panel sunshade that moves with the sun. In addition it has a sliding table for your laptop, a gaming device holster, a camera dock, a MP3 dock, a video dock, a headphone socket, etc. and it can connect to a wi-fi or a Bluetooth.

If you’ve ever been to a popular spot with limited amount of lounge chairs and had to fight for yours you wouldn’t have to worry about fighting for one of these. A GPS reservation system allows you to reserve it for yourself at the time you need. In other words, you don’t have to wake up super early in the morning to make sure you get one. If you’re worried about water damage to the chair, don’t be. All the wires and the power are inside the waterproof chair frame.

So the only thing you need to worry about is having so many electronics plugged in that you end up working instead of relaxing and enjoying your trip to the beach/pool. On the other hand, you can always bring your work to the Tech Chair take in the fresh air, the sun, the breeze and comfortably do your work outside instead of working all day in the office.
