I thought it may be fun to have a place for folks to share their good ideas.
For the inventors out there, it may inspire them to come up with something new and fantastic. Have you thought of anything the world could use, that does not seem to be on the market today that would be great if someone invented?
Have you come across anything recently that you thought was a great idea?
[adsense:120x240:1:1]One idea is why hasn't anyone invented an alarm clock yet that can go out to get the weather report and the traffic report and adjust my alarm clock automatically for when I need to get up to get to work on time?
Another idea is why don't they print the date of best flavour for wines that are produced?
Another is why have they not come up with a cell phone holster than can work as a battery recharger?
These ideas are from a fun website at Idea-A-Day, where they post a good idea daily. I think we can come up with better.
Do you have any good ideas to share?

Submitted on June 15th, 2006 by Anonymous (not verified)I think a good idea is a little carpet by your bed that if you step on it, the lights come one.
Isn't that the best idea.
You'all inventors that take this idea better pay me my royalties.
The remote finder exists.
Submitted on June 15th, 2006 by Anonymous (not verified)It's out there. I had this same idea 10 years ago. Much like your phone pager works, there's a base station button and little things you stick to the phone. Press the button and beep, beep, beep, you can track down the remote. I think you can find it at sharper image.
I think there should be a
Submitted on June 16th, 2006 by Anonymous (not verified)I think there should be a mechanism inside dishwashers fo a built in garbage disposal, so you can do a hard rinse with disposal and then a general wash.
I think all appliances
Submitted on June 16th, 2006 by Anonymous (not verified)I think all appliances should be built with interchangeable panels where we could select the pattern or colors we want. It shouldn't be too hard and it would be really fun.
Does anyone agree?
Oh, that's a great idea! I
Submitted on June 16th, 2006 by Anonymous (not verified)Oh, that's a great idea! I would totally do that.
My idea is why isn't it already the case that toilets have a foot flush. It would be easier I think.
A fuelless electric generator
Submitted on July 11th, 2006 by Anonymous (not verified)How about an electric generator that doesn't need any fuels to run, not nuclear, or fossil fuels, nor manual labor. It totally should run on its own. Within a house, an apartment. Without putting off any CO2 gases, or harmful elements. If size wasn't a matter it could: be small enough to power a pacemaker until the pacemaker died instead of the battery, big enough to power a houses/business without external copper cables running from the power plant to the houses/business especially for people who can't afford electric, but could be beneficial to it like those in Africa, or really just about anywhere in the world.
The generator actually exist. I have the proto-type running this computer at home. It's been running for about a year and a half. Hopefully this will be a Noble Prize winner, but the problem that I have is that the patient cost a min. of 2000 dollars (I'm on a low income), and the time to do a patient search on the archives, if one can even understand the language of the archives. (yes it's in english, just not understandable) In Oklahoma the patients are free. You do the searches yourself. Who wants to move to Oklahoma, and be a resident for at least 2 year, plus the 2 years it takes to get the patient. I'm trying to stay away from the "Free Patients" on TV scams. (why do they even try?? Are there that many dumb enough people to do that???)
Got any ideas to help???
