his invention is to do with air compressors and air tools and is called E.A.R.S witch is Exhausted Air Recycling System witch takes the exhausted air from a air tool and injects it through our patented manifold back into the compressor this makes the air tool alot quieter and allows the compressor to sustain tank presure for longer periods of time
Ears
Submitted on March 21st, 2007 by Nimroan (not verified)About Bosua's ears device.
1. He uses the same diameter delivery and return hose.
2. His compressor inlet manifold has a blowoff valve that limits manifold pressure to one atmosphere, but at times there is even negative pressure in the manifold.
Both 1. and 2. are sources of backpressure felt by the tool. Both are variable. So even though the regulator delivers say 85psi to the delivery hose, the tool will see a pressure between 85 and (85-15=70)psi. The tool pressure is unstable.
As well, air returned to the manifold and not immediately taken in by the compressor is vented to atmosphere. That is air that has been compressed using energy, is vented for no return in work.
Contrast this against using the standard regulator only and without a return hose attached to the tool. When the tool is is turned on the pressure in the delivery hose drops slightly, the regulator senses this and allows a pulse of air through. The pulse expands within the delivery hose and does work in compressing the air between the pulse and the tool.
The tool is silly nonsense.
spelling

Good luck!
The fact that air tools vent
Submitted on December 3rd, 2007 by Anonymous (not verified)The fact that air tools vent to the atmosphere is how the work is done. There is no way to vent back into the higher pressure tank and still get the same amount of work done.
This "invention" will not work as intended.
EARS
Submitted on April 13th, 2008 by AnonymousThe tool does not vent back into the higher pressure tank as you have mentioned. That's what the manifold is there for. The system works as effectively as claimed - and more. The EARS system has multiple positive benefits, just what industry needs!
Bosuas Device
Submitted on April 13th, 2008 by AnonymousPoint 1. The feed hose and return hose ARE different sizes, not the same as you have incorrectly claimed.
Point 2. The manifold is not limited to one atmosphere as you have incorrectly claimed.
Point 3. Points 1 and 2 make your further argument incorrect.
Point 4. Your claim that the tool is silly nonsense means that you have never seen this revolutionary system. The guys at Global EARS are great in spending the time to demonstrate and explain their system to anyone. THEN make your judgement.
