Ginza Tanaka, a Japanese jewellery maker, is famous for making ordinary items out of precious metals and gems.
On June 14, 2007, Ginza Tanaka showcased this diamond platinum bag at a fashion show in Tokyo.
The handbag is shaped out of pure platinum and studded with 2,182 diamonds totaling 208 carats. The handbag has a brilliant price tag of $1.63 million.
Yes, the purse is beautiful. Yes, I would love to have the purse but don't have the $1.63 million to shell out for it. Also, as I've said in the past, if I had the $1.63 million to buy this I think I would help out a few million people first instead with some wasteful stuff like food or medicine.
